Fish Day

Friday we celebrated Fish Day.  Five of the kindergarten classrooms were set up with different ocean activities.  Each child could go between the rooms independently, doing their projects.  Everyone was very proud of their creations.  All of the items were hung in the hall to create our own aquarium! We would like to thank Mrs. Kerr and Mrs. Kosinski for their help in the classroom.

Happy Holidays!

Thanks to everyone that attended our Nutcracker performance.  The children were so excited and proud, our Mother Ginger dance was certainly a big hit! All of our practice paid off.

Friday was our Soars Assembly.  We were focusing on acts of kindness.  This is something that room 101 is very good at.  Awards were given out from grade K to 5.  We were reminded to carry this out for the remainder of the year.  Tashia was chosen to participate in the school relay.  Each team had to "dress their snowman."  Every child became part of a school wide mannequin challenge that came out great!

Hope you all got a chance to spend time with your children this week.  I wish you a very Happy New Year!
