Happy Summer!

We don't know where the time has gone!  We won't say good bye, we hope to see you many times over the next five years. It was a pleasure to teach your children and watch them grow. You should be congratulated for the wonderful job you have done as parents. Mrs. Smith and I are sad to see your children go, but happy to know they are ready for first grade.

Here are some pictures from Flag Day and our day at the park.

New Picture

Thanks to Mrs. Freeman we have a beautiful State House picture to share!

Catching up

It's been a month since my last post, I don't know where the time has gone!  We are trying to finish up many projects with the little time we have left.  The class loved having the butterflies and turtles.  We weren't so lucky with the tadpoles.  There were some sad faces when Mia and Dorito went back to the Science Center this week.

The class made frog puppets to sing Five Green and Speckled Frogs. They also worked very hard on a persuasive writing assignment, writing about their favorite American Symbol, and why.  Each child has written a book about somewhere they have been and they came out awesome!  Watch for them coming home.

Our Boston trip was a great time on such a beautiful day!  The picture I have is not the greatest, I hope to send more soon.
